ImpactHumanity presents "Enrich Humanity" Phase 1 Book Giveaway recap

Blessings to all, Thank you so much to everyone who supported this first phase of our book giveaway. It was a blessing to give books to the families who came to pick up food from the College Park Food Bank. We handed single fathers, mothers, and older siblings books for the toddlers that were not present. They also received an ImpactHumanity gift and diabetes awareness brochure. We are planning Phase 2 now. These books were ordered from the CDC in two different languages. Other books that were donated will be distributed to Little Free Libraries in the College Park and Adelphi areas. I am currently awaiting approval to build a new one at the Riggs/Metzerott road interesction near the elementary school. There will be books handed out to children in the Presidential Towers lobby area. Books will be distributed to the following organizations: Make Smart Cool, Beyond Reading, Biscuits with Boots, and International community support services that ships donated clothing, goods, and books overseas to the communities suffering from extreme poverty. Thank you so much for everyone that donated books and continue to drop them off. Together we will ImpactHumanity!!! The Purpose of a Purpose (Why the Enrich Humanity book drive) Updated photos!!!!

“It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, who had ever been alive.”― James Baldwin Blessings to all. I would like to share the objective and expected outcome of the Enrich Humanity Book drive. This project is an extension of the Enrichment services ImpactHumanity provides. This will be an annual book drive done during the month of March in dedication to my mother, Maria Christinia Palumbo. But it is more to this Impact I am here to make than that of just My Existence…. Even before the pandemic, I noticed our children's literacy has been overlooked and declining with all of these devices in their hands in some households and traumatic experiences in others especially in our underserved communities. They are not picking up books and some do not have any exposure to books. This hinders our youth in so many different aspects starting with their education leading to unemployment and trapped in an unproductive cycle. Which will accumulate Generational Debt. On top of that so many people have tons of books in their homes just sitting there or in storage. Together we can make a shift in that trajectory from our youth sinking in Generational Debt to them collectively building Generational Wealth. I am collecting books, magazines, and learning material that will be distributed to other nonprofit organizations I know who provide food distributions, educational programs, and other services for our underserved communities. I will also include my ImpactHumanity wristbands. All I need are books, books, magazines, books, and more books. I would Love help with the bookmarks as well if anyone wants to join me and have materials. Please email impacthumanitynow@gmail.com You can contribute via cashapp $vesselforhumanity. PayPal email is vessel4humanity@gmail.com Donations are not tax exempt yet but I will provide a receipt and keep records. All donations will be recorded and posted on the ImpactHumanity web page. Due to COVID-19 we have to properly strategize and allocate the books accordingly. Our plans to donate to the Children's Hospital was halted due to the pandemic. However, we are still able to be a blessing to our local youth and underserved communities. Below are the organizations books are being distributed to so far: MakeSmartCool: https://www.makesmart.cool/ College Park Food Bank: http://www.collegeparkfoodbank.com/ ImpactHumanity Free Little Library: Locations announced 25 April 2021 Join this facebook group to stay updated on the enrichment services ImpactHumanity and other organizations are providing to the youth in our underserved communities. https://www.facebook.com/groups/pgeducationroundtable Information to know. According to the Public School Review, "Public schools in Prince George's County School District have an average math proficiency score of 23% (versus the Maryland public school average of 41%), and reading proficiency score of 28% (versus the 41% statewide average). Vessels for Humanity origin

Blessings to all. I Truly appreciate your time and presence. I would like to introduce you to Vessels for Humanity. Vessels For Humanity(V4H) is created to be a bridge for those who want to make a generational impact within their community through a community service focused event and/or project. My Vision is to build a community that is focused on creating generational wealth and fruitful collaborations. Our communities need not segregation, not integration, but We need congregation. When two completely different nonprofit organizations do separate projects and apply for two separate grants for those projects, they will apply for what they need for their own project. Which will serve their desired demographic. Let's say their desired goals were 1,000 people each with $3000 from the grant in accordance to their separate needs. Now, let's say these two organizations collaborated. They both contact Vessels for Humanity to develop a project that qualifies for both grants with the additional funds requested due to the higher demand of the collaborative project serving our collective communities. This collaborative project will serve 4,000 people with $12,000 requested from their combined grant requests. God says We are to be fruitful and multiply. Collaboration is the process of multiplication. Service to the community enriches fruitful creations. I Truly believe We are all Vessels for Humanity. It is God's ordained purpose for My Love In Full Effect. To be a bridge to Wealth and Abundance for our community. Please comment below your collaborative community service project ideas that we can develop together. Let’s Mastermind in Unity for the future of our Community. Impactful Vessels (Honoring the College Park Food Bank Board Members and Volunteers)

Blessings to all. I pray all is well and peaceful. I would like to Honor these Impacful Vessels for Humanity that relentlessly serve our community. No storm can deter their service to our community whether it be internal or environmental. Their Passion is exalted as they prosper in providing the community with the food during these turbulent times. The College Park Food Bank works to reduce hunger in College Park Maryland and neighboring communities by regularly offering food to families. Since the pandemic started, they have served more than three times the families than the normal served per month pre-pandemic. The CPFB served 9,433 families—40,588 individuals in 2019 and now the records have gone through the roof. They have made a phenomenal Impact in service and collaboration as well. They have been supported by Blessful donors, volunteers, partners, and board members who display elite commitment to serving our community. The collaborative support is growing as the CPFB nourishes their fruitful resources for greater fruits of collaborative labor. They have an amazing distribution system that effectively serves both pedestrians and drivers. Stations are set up with a specific number of distributors per station including bilingual and sign language speakers. Drivers simply pull up, state the number of families, zip codes, and food is placed in the trunk or backseat by the distributor. The pedestrians pick up their Blessings in the same way at a location near the entrance of the distribution site. All volunteers are signed up days prior. All volunteers receive a detailed brief, nourishments, and warmers to keep hands and feet warm during service in the cold weather. Sometimes it gets icy. The last distribution was successful at serving fresh produce and nonperishable food to 299 families containing 1,214 people in the freezing rain! The College Park Food Bank does an astounding job at making sure their Vessels (volunteers) are well and safe. How Community Service will decrease Gun Violence?

Blessings to all. Lately in Prince George's county the Gun Violence has sadly increased. According to the county records, in 2019 there were 60 homicide victims and in 2020 there were 99 homicide victims right here in the county I Live in. The majority of these homicides are because of Gun Violence. Recently Scott Broom wrote an article stating that "By any measure, January was a chilling and disturbing month for homicide investigators in Prince George’s County. According to the police department, there were 16 murders in January 2021 compared to just six during the same period last year." This nonsense has to stop and it starts with US. I Truly believe community service is the ultimate resolution for decreasing the crime in our communities. The majority of the suspects committing these crimes are young men and women who do not see the King and Queen within themselves so they react to the toxic ignorance that floods their environment. We have the resources available, we just need more bridges for our purpose deficient brothers and sisters. Community service helps people discover what the desire within and the LIFE they want to Live. I will never forget the day after taking my nephew to serve homeless citizens in downtown DC. He looked at me as we walked towards my car once we done and said "When I get older, I am going to open a restaurant. I will close for one day each month to feed homeless families." Those words from my nephew is proof that all it takes is the exposure to their True Desire by serving their community. Our youth can and will focus on serving our communities instead of disturbing our communities. This is the first step to making a Generational Impact. Encourage our youth to serve at their local church, food bank, or right in their own community by starting a clothing drive. Spring time is coming and people have a lot to declutter. Please feel free to email vessel4humanity@gmail.com if you would like to discuss how to get your local youth involved in the community that they Live in. Teach our youth today the return of community service is Generational and will bring back more value than any job could ever pay. The discovery of their purpose to have LIFE and Live it without waver. Open Discussion 001 Volunteer influences

Blessings to all. Every week I will host an open discussion on community service ideas, volunteer networking, and anything that pertains to Living LIFE in service to our community. You are encouraged to share your thoughts, resources, and questions freely, yet with great respect for the community we serve.

I am encouraged by being present in experiencing the Impact. I enjoy the presence of gratitude in the people being blessed through serving the community. I always enjoy serving in the background yet, being in the presensence of that joyful gratitude Truly refuels my own inner joy and fulfills my day of service.

What influences you to volunteer?

What do you Truly expect to gain after volunteering?

Would you volunteer more if you were compensated in other ways than money?

(Free services from small businesses, free gear, merch, ect.)

The Power of Desire

Glory to God and Blessings to all,

I introduce you to Miss Pearly. I met Miss Pearly while serving at The Christian Life Center in Riverdale, MD 1 year ago this month. She was working extremely hard which honestly pushes me to exert more energy than needed so her and the other Glorious Elders of our community don't have to work as hard. It astonishes me at how much more they do physically in service than those my age and younger. They have True Power of Desire in their Hearts to serve more than those who are younger is how I perceive it be.

Miss Pearly has the desire to feed families worldwide in need no matter what challenges her. She strives to end the poverty in our communities and in her native country Trinidad. For over 20 years and still to this day, she contributes to the community services that provide food and clothing for the families in her native land. She is Truly a Vessel for Humanity providing hope and nourishment to our poverty stricken communities near and far. She has great Faith that the Desire of her Heart to eliminate Global hunger will come true. I feel the Power of her desire every time I am in her presence. It is the work she does daily for the empowerment of her community that illuminates her Heart's Desire to help people.

Every Saturday with the help of local volunteers we feed over 100 families in less then 1 hour. mothers with children, Fathers, seniors, and community members of all ages are blessed with fresh produce, cooked meals, and loaves of bread. I usually hand out candy and facemasks (Made by Davi) to mothers and children that arrive early.

Please take the time out to support the Desire of Miss Pearly by volunteering, donating materials, and/or donating money (Cashapp, Paypal, Cash). Volunteers will receive a facemask and ImpactHumanity Blessed to Serve wristband. It is Truly amazing to witness the Power of Desire in the hearts of our community.

Please email vessel4humanity@gmail.com for more details.

Photos below are a recap of the last distribution followed by photos of one prior to the extreme cold weather. Have an Impactful day.
